Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in guiding students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and training programs.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and enrollment procedures.

• Assist students throughout the admission process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions in CRM/software.

• .Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

.Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.

• .Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.

• Address student queries and provide appropriate guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry will be preferred.
