Education Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and approachable Education Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counseling students about courses, career paths, and opportunities, while assisting them through the admission process and ensuring they achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students.

• Provide information about courses, admission procedures

• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, or social media.

• Maintain records of student interactions and follow up regularly.

• Assist in the enrollment process, including documentation and fee guidance.

• Build strong relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and positive referral

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.

• Previous experience as an education counselor/academic counselor/career advisor preferred.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
