Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities while ensuring a smooth counseling and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries.

• Maintain student databases and track leads effectively.

• Assist students throughout the admission process.

• Achieve admission and counseling targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding and documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Professional and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or telesales preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
