Role: Trainee Analyst (Student Counsellor)

Organization: Pentagon space

Location: Vijayanagar

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact and counsel students or professionals regarding the various courses offered — explain course details, duration, and fee structure, and persuade them to enroll in suitable programs through calls or in-person interactions.

• Clarify students’ queries about courses and training programs via phone or face-to-face discussions.

• Manage student databases efficiently and ensure timely updates.

• Handle front-desk responsibilities and represent the organization professionally to all walk-in candidates.

• Work closely with the counselling teams to ensure smooth student onboarding processes.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹3 LPA (Fixed + Variable Incentives)

• ₹20,000 in hand + Monthly incentives based on performance

• Work Mode: On-site

• Working Hours: 9-hour day shift

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; Sunday fixed off)

• Interview Mode: Face to Face
