Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Educational Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses, career paths, and training programs. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, admissions coordination, and providing accurate information about our academic offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and program benefits.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person counselling sessions.
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling sessions and enrolment formalities.
Participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
Comfortable with targets and follow-up activities.
