We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Senior Education Counsellor to guide and support prospective students in choosing the right courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and inquiries
Counsel students on courses, career paths, and opportunities
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, handling team
Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing
Achieve monthly admission and Sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1 Year to 10+ years into Edtech Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
