We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to join the JE KE FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED team. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling admission inquiries, providing course information, and ensuring an excellent counseling experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, fees, and career opportunities.

• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the most suitable course.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.

• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth admission and onboarding.

• Maintain student data and update CRM/admission records regularly.

• Achieve admission and counseling targets while ensuring high student satisfaction.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years in counseling, admissions, customer service, or sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented and professional environment.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week as per company timings.
