Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in counselling students for Online UG/PG programs possess excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Counsel students regarding Online UG/PG and online courses.

·        Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs/universities.

·        Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

·        Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

·        Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.

·        Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:

·        1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, or Academic Sales.

·        Prior experience in Online UG/PG admissions counselling is mandatory.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
