Position: Educational Counsellor
Department: Admissions / Sales
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Sector-5, Salt Lake.
Working Hours: 11:00 to 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counselling students, understanding their academic goals, and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

• Convert leads into enrolments while meeting assigned monthly targets

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems

• Follow up with leads and provide end-to-end admission support

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and admission processing

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional conduct

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)

• 6 months –3 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convince, negotiate, and close admissions

• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
