Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding IT courses, career paths, and skill development.
2) Guide students through the admission process, including form filling, documentation, and fee details.
3) Follow up with leads, maintain inquiry records, and ensure smooth conversion to admissions.
4) Respond to queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
5) Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and enrolled students.
6) Coordinate with faculty and administration to ensure student satisfaction.
7) Maintain updated reports on admissions, inquiries, and student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2) Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
3) Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Working Conditions:
Full time Position - 10am to 7pm
