Job Title: Career Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and career paths. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in education counselling or at least internship experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, universities, and career options.

• Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career goals to provide appropriate guidance.

• Provide accurate information about course eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and documentation.

• Assist students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to enrollment.

• Maintain and update student records in CRM or internal systems.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with students.

• Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions as required.

• Stay updated with education trends, university offerings, and regulatory guidelines (UGC, AICTE, etc.).

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Education Counsellor / Academic Counsellor OR internship experience in education counselling is required.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Student-centric approach with ethical counselling practices.

• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable options.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

• Freshers can apply.

Note

Training will be provided to selected candidates to help them gain a better understanding of our counselling process, universities, courses, and systems.
