About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Sales Executive (Course Sales) to join our team at KnowMooraa. The role focuses on promoting online courses, counseling prospective students, increasing enrollments, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an excellent student experience. Key Responsibilities

• Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

• Convert inquiries and leads into successful course enrollments.

• Explain course features, benefits, career opportunities, and pricing plans.

• Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.

• Build strong relationships with students and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate lead and enrollment records in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve conversion rates.

• Monitor education industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Provide regular feedback and sales insights to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• Experience: 0–3 Years in Sales, Telecalling, Education Counseling, or Customer Service.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.

• Ability to handle student queries professionally.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
