Role Overview

We are hiring a Deputy Manager – Customer Acquisition to lead admissions and sales efforts by engaging with prospective students and parents, conducting presentations, building partnerships, and driving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive weekly and monthly sales target achievement

Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions

Deliver compelling sales presentations and career seminars

Handle admission process, documentation, and batch coordination

Generate business through house calls and BA tie-ups

Conduct STP activities for centre growth

Ensure strong follow-up on walk-ins and inquiries

Maintain daily sales reporting and process discipline

Candidate Profile

Graduate with 5–7 years of sales experience

Strong communication, counselling, and closing skills

Team-oriented with leadership potential

Self-driven, target-focused, and performance-oriented

Comfortable with travel
