Hiring: Sales Counselor
We are looking for a serious, target-oriented Sales Counselor who is passionate about sales and can consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with leads.
Generate and schedule walk-ins through effective follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Counsel prospective students/customers and understand their requirements.
Convert enquiries and walk-ins into successful enrollments.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Take ownership of the complete sales process, from enquiry to enrollment.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be serious, responsible, and target-oriented.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Must be comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Kannada speaking is mandatory.
Previous experience in sales/counselling/education sales will be an advantage.
Should have a proven ability to achieve targets and convert leads.
