Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admission Counsellor to oversee documentation, visa processing, and provide comprehensive support to students and their parents. This role involves ensuring a seamless admission process, maintaining compliance with visa regulations, and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Counselling & Admission: Guide students and parents about International Universities, solve parents queries, help them to choose right course and program, verify and manage required documents, and ensure timely submission..
Support Services: Address inquiries over calls, emails and whatsapp, provide regular updates to parents and students, and assist with them through out the journey.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure adherence to immigration policies and procedures.
