We are seeking a confident and dynamic Education Counsellor to guide and counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle student queries effectively both in person and over calls.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Counsel students about courses, programs, and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions
Follow up with prospective students and parents
Maintain student database and records
Achieve monthly admission targets
Provide accurate information about fees, schedules, and eligibility
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
