Job Title: Education Counsellor

Location: Thane

Employment Type : Full-time.

Working Time: 10 to 7pm

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students and explain training programs and career opportunities.

Handle student inquiries, counseling, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.

Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and ensure a positive learning experience.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to admissions and client engagement.

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student feedback.

Support marketing and outreach activities when required.

Provide guidance to students regarding certification courses, internships, and career opportunities.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong pitching and persuasion ability

Good customer relationship management skills

Understanding of sales processes and client handling

Ability to achieve targets and work in a performance-driven environment

Basic knowledge of IT training or education industry (preferred)
