Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide aspirants on professional training programs and career development paths

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students by providing personalized academic support

• Ensure compliance with academic standards and COEPD policies

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to course inquiries and admissions

• Maintain accurate documentation using databases and ensure timely follow-ups

• Assist students for Online IIBA certification applications and Course registrations and admission form submissions

• Audit databases to identify and correct data discrepancies (batch, major, placement status, nurturing, etc.)

• Design, update, and present PowerPoint decks covering policies, processes, and academic guidelines

• Work on special projects, including reporting, metrics compilation, and presentation enhancements

• Monitor student performance and proactively intervene when learners face challenges with online assignments

• Continuously enhance negotiation, communication, and counseling effectiveness
