*Job description for education counsellor*
• Achieve a daily target of 2–3 student applications.
* Meet the assigned monthly admission/enrolment targets.
* Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls; call quality and performance will be regularly monitored.
* Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan strategies.
* Attend monthly review meetings with management to evaluate overall performance and target achievement.
* Communicate confidently with students and parents using a clear, confident, and professional voice.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
* Deliver an effective sales and counselling pitch to guide prospective students, address their queries, and convert leads into admissions.
