Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.
Understand students' academic background, career goals, and requirements to provide appropriate guidance.
Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
Convert leads into successful admissions while achieving assigned targets.
Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, courses, fees, and other relevant information.
Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the counselling and admission process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/candidate status.
Handle objections and queries professionally and effectively.
Coordinate with the internal admissions team for smooth processing.
Maintain accurate records of counselling interactions and conversions.
Consistently achieve individual and team counselling/admission targets
