About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Education Counsellor – MBBS Abroad who can guide students and parents through the complete admission process for MBBS programs in overseas universities. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling skills, in-depth knowledge of MBBS abroad destinations, and the ability to convert high-quality leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on MBBS abroad options (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.)

• Provide accurate information on eligibility, NEET requirements, fees, scholarships, and university selection

• Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion ratios

• Assist students with application processing, documentation, offer letters, and enrollment

• Coordinate with admissions, visa, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding

• Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and education fairs

• Maintain and update student data in CRM systems

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets

• Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance (if required)

• Stay updated with changes in MBBS abroad regulations and country-specific norms

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
