Education: 12th Class Pass to Graduate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Caller/ Education Counsellor to join our team in the educational industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with students and working professionals to inform them about our management courses.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals to generate interest in our management courses

- Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and admission process

- Address queries and concerns, and guide them through the registration process

- Meet daily/weekly targets for leads and registrations

- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups

- Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals

Requirements:

- 10th to 12th Class Pass (any stream)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Freshers welcome; experienced candidates with a similar background preferred
