Ecommerce Sales Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, product listings, advertising campaigns, order management, and customer returns—while driving online sales growth and ensuring smooth marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller panels on a daily basis.

• Handle product listings, catalog uploads, content optimization, pricing, and stock management.

• Monitor and process orders, shipments, cancellations, and returns.

• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to increase sales.

• Analyze product performance, keyword ranking, and competition to improve visibility.

• Manage A+ Content, reviews, and ratings for better customer engagement.

• Resolve issues related to listings, payments, returns, and account health.

• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, dispatch, accounts, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track growth and ROI.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC advertising, and SEO for e-commerce.

• Proficient in MS Excel and marketplace dashboards.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
