The role involves product listing, order management, sales optimization, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth online operations.

Monitor daily orders, dispatches, returns, and cancellations

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment

Handle customer queries, reviews, and ratings professionally

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

Track sales performance, pricing, competitor activity, and stock levels.
