 Job Title: E-Commerce & B2B Sales Executive

Company Overview We are a leading eyewear company with 20+ years of industry experience, serving both B2B wholesale partners and B2C customers. With a strong legacy in offline distribution, we are now expanding aggressively into e-commerce and digital-first sales channels. As part of this expansion, we are building a dedicated team to drive our online growth. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, fashionable eyewear while building strong relationships with retailers and end customers across India.

Position Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce & B2B Sales Executive to join our growing digital team. This is a foundational role where you will work collaboratively with other team members to build our online presence from the ground up. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and coordinating packaging & dispatch across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Indiamart etc.)

• Optimize and create new product listings, including Amazon A+ listings (Enhanced Brand Content), to improve visibility and conversion rates.

• Manage customer support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proactively identify and engage with potential semi-wholesalers and retailers in the eyewear industry.

• Conduct outreach through calls and whatsapp messages to pitch products, generate new business leads, and perform regular follow-ups.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for wholesale partners, building strong relationships and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Basic Excel & Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.

• Hands-on experience with major Indian e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, Myntra, IndiaMART).

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and platforms through training and self-learning.

• Basic content creation skills using Canva or similar tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Wordpress is a plus.

Work Details

• Work Location: On-Site,Rohini,Sector-8, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
