We are expanding our ecommerce operations and looking for motivated professionals to join our team.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Executive with a background in accounting to manage and optimize our online sales platforms, while also assisting in financial reporting and compliance. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of ecommerce processes and accounting systems.Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce Operations:Manage product listings across various ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).Coordinate order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.Monitor daily sales and generate performance reports.Optimize product visibility through SEO, promotions, and ad campaigns.Coordinate with customer service to resolve customer queries or complaints.Accounting Responsibilities:Reconcile sales, returns, and payment settlements from ecommerce platforms.Record transactions and maintain books in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).Assist in preparing GST filings, TDS deductions, and other tax compliances.Maintain documentation and reports required for audits and internal reviews.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in ecommerce operations and/or accounting.Proficient in using ecommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books.Familiarity with GST, TDS, and e-invoicing requirements.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Experience with online marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Amazon PPC, Google Analytics).Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
