We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Sales professional with strong experience in managing and scaling sales across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The candidate should have practical exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zomato, Instamart, and similar platforms, with a clear understanding of sales growth, promotions, and platform operations.
Manage day-to-day sales operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra
Handle quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket
Drive revenue growth through visibility, deals, promotions, and campaigns
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Manage listings, pricing, discounts, and catalog health
Monitor key KPIs: GMV, ROAS, OOS %, fill rate, cancellation & return rates
Coordinate with platform KAMs for growth opportunities and JBP discussions
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, mega sale events, and brand days
Work closely with ads teams on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads
Optimize budgets to improve ROAS and overall profitability
Coordinate with supply chain teams for demand forecasting and replenishment
Ensure stock availability across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
Reduce OOS and improve delivery SLAs
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports
Analyze performance trends and take corrective actions
Track contribution margins, burn, and profitability by platform
3–7 years of hands-on Ecommerce marketplace experience
Proven experience working on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra
Experience with quick commerce platforms: Blinkit, Zomato, Instamart, etc.
Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics: GMV, ROAS, CAC, DRR
Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and marketplace policies
Good Excel & data analysis skills
Experience in D2C / Consumer brands
Prior exposure to electronics, beauty, FMCG, home, or lifestyle categories
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
