Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. We are looking for a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our online sales platforms, including inventory management, product listings, order processing, and customer support. Responsibilities:

1. Listing products on various E-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and Flipkart.

2. Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.

3. Processing orders and coordinating order fulfillment.

4. Handling complete and return processing.

5. Managing logistics and courier processing.

6. Generating MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and other operations.

7. Handling online penalties and resolving any issues.

8. Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns.

9. Assisting in budget planning and executing marketing activities.

10. Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.

11. Planning internal promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.

12. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
