Role & Responsibilities

·       Conducted in-depth market and competitor research to identify emerging e-commerce trends and customer needs.

·       Researched and implemented new technologies and tools to enhance e-commerce performance (e.g., Systems, analytics platforms, AI tools).

·       Collaborated with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, logistics) to develop and test innovative features for improved customer experience.

·       Managed pilot projects to validate new business models, including subscription services and bundled product offerings.

·       Monitored customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for product and process innovation.

·       Created detailed reports and presentations to communicate R&D findings, insights, to Improve performance

·       Oversaw the continuous optimization of digital storefronts, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

·       Contributed to the development of long-term e-commerce innovation strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

·       Managed daily e-commerce operations, including oversight of order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns handling.

·       Supervised dispatch and return teams to ensure timely deliveries, minimal return rate, and smooth reverse logistics.

·       Developed and enforced SOPs for order fulfillment, inventory control, and customer returns to improve operational efficiency.
