• Process return and exchange requests.

• Coordinate reverse logistics.

Manage product listings and operations on:

6. Website Maintenance

• Update homepage banners.

• Upload promotional campaigns.

• Check for broken links and product errors.

• Ensure products are searchable and properly categorized.

• Report technical issues to the development team.

7. Performance Monitoring

• Track daily online sales.

• Monitor product performance.

• Identify slow-moving products.

• Recommend promotional strategies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
