We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Operations & Logistics Executive to manage sales, product listings, inventory, orders and logistics across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, prices and stock on Amazon and Flipkart.
Monitor and improve marketplace sales and product performance.
Plan and execute discounts, promotions and marketplace campaigns.
Track orders, returns, cancellations and customer reviews.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
Manage pickups, dispatch, shipment tracking and deliveries.
Coordinate with delivery partners, vendors and warehouse teams.
Resolve order, stock and delivery-related issues.
Prepare regular sales, inventory and operations reports.
Candidate Requirements
2–6 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
Hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
Knowledge of product listing, pricing, promotions and order management.
Good understanding of inventory, warehouse and logistics operations.
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
