E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations including inventory management, order processing, and marketplace handling. The ideal candidate should be organized, fast-learning, and comfortable working with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Handling

• Manage product listings on website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Update product prices, stock, images, and descriptions

• Monitor daily sales, returns, and customer queries

• Coordinate with marketing team for offers and promotions

Inventory Management

• Track daily stock levels and maintain inventory records

• Coordinate with warehouse for stock updates and restocking

• Maintain proper SKU and product catalog management

• Prepare inventory reports and prevent stock-outs

Order Processing

• Process daily orders from website and marketplaces

• Generate shipping labels and invoices

• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and dispatch

• Track shipments and handle return/replacement orders

• Ensure timely order dispatch and delivery

Warehouse Coordination

• Work closely with packing team to ensure correct packing

• Maintain order accuracy and reduce RTO/returns

• Improve order fulfillment process efficiency

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and order reports

• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms

• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Freshers can apply (E-commerce experience is a plus)
