Domestic Sales Executive

💼 Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Domestic Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, handling objections, following up with leads, and converting prospects into successful customers.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential Indian customers.

• Explain our products/services clearly and professionally.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Handle customer questions and objections effectively.

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and messages.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the Team Leader and report daily performance.

• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

• Follow company sales processes and guidelines.

• Work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

✅ Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle rejection professionally.

• Good follow-up and time-management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to maintain daily sales reports.

• Willingness to learn and improve sales techniques.

• Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.

• Experience in domestic tele-sales.

• Experience handling Indian customers.

• Lead conversion experience.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Previous experience working with sales targets/KPIs.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

💰 Compensation

Salary/Compensation: As per company structure and experience.
