About the Role

Cruzen Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and client acquisition. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and company offerings.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or Customer Acquisition.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in a Digital Marketing, IT, SaaS, or Service-based company will be an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
