Digital Officer

We are looking for a Digital Officer to join our team at TP Global Services Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote digital banking products and services to customers.

• Assist customers with digital onboarding and banking solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking processes.

• Maintain daily activity and sales reports.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills Fluency in English and any one regional languages(Hindi, Tamil or Kannada), customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills, MS Excel, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Negotiation skills is an added advantage.
