Job Title: Deputy Area Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years (including team handling experience of 10–12 members)

Age Limit: 22 – 35 years

Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, Basic English

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 10 days office work + 20 days store visits (monthly)

Travel: TA (Travelling Allowance) provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee 4–5 retail stores

• Handle store operations, stock transfer, and inventory management

• Drive sales targets and implement sales strategies

• Ensure SOP compliance, store hygiene, and furniture/renovation upkeep

• Conduct staff training and team development

• Maintain market knowledge and monitor local trends

• Coordinate marketing activities at store level

• Resolve day-to-day operational and customer issues

Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven team handling and leadership skills

• Sound knowledge of sales management and store operations

• Willingness to travel extensively
