Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes effectively, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed and met. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all strategic projects comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a focus on environmental stewardship and safety. Implement and monitor compliance and governance frameworks to uphold the highest standards of project execution. Resource Management: Optimize allocation of budget, personnel, and equipment to maximize project efficiency. Monitor and manage project resources to ensure adherence to budget and timelines. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress. Regularly assess project performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed. Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with project implementation.
