Demonstrator Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Smart Boards, Digital Podiums, PTZ Cameras, Microphones, and other AV solutions.

• Visit schools, colleges, universities, government departments, and corporate clients for product demonstrations.

• Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.

• Assist the Sales Team during customer meetings and presentations.

• Install and configure demo equipment before presentations.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during demonstrations.

• Deliver engaging and professional product presentations.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Sales Team.

• Maintain demonstration reports, travel records, and customer visit updates in CRM.

• Ensure demo kits and equipment are well-maintained and ready for deployment.

• Coordinate with the Technical and Logistics teams for smooth demo execution.

• Travel extensively across assigned territories as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or any Graduate.

• 03 years of experience in Product Demonstration, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or Field Operations.

• Freshers with good communication skills and technical aptitude may also apply.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Interactive Flat Panels, Android/Windows systems, Audio-Video equipment, or Smart Classroom solutions is preferred.

• Comfortable with frequent travel.

• Must possess a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
