Role Overview
As a Demonstration Executive at Smart Infovision, you will represent the company’s advanced product technology by showcasing our interactive flat panels and smart classroom solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in engaging customers, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects through experiential product presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for schools, educational institutions, corporate clients, and distributors.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and functionalities to clients and end-users.
Ensure demo devices, kits, and presentation materials are well-maintained and ready for demonstrations.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align demonstrations with client requirements and objectives.
Gather and document client feedback after demos and share insights with the relevant internal teams.
Support marketing events, exhibitions, workshops, and product onboarding sessions when required.
Maintain professional grooming, communication, and conduct during all client interactions.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in product demonstrations, training, sales support, or ed-tech industry.
Basic understanding of interactive display technology, AV solutions, or digital classroom tools preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
Willingness to travel locally for on-site product demonstrations.
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, MS PowerPoint, or screen-sharing applications is an advantage.
Tech-savvy, quick learner with a presentable and professional personality.
