Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Description
Mani Monk is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at our Palava, Dombivli location.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up with potential customers, explaining products, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
Follow up with leads and potential customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers
Assist customers throughout the purchase process
Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders and customer requirements
Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups and sales
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to follow up consistently and close sales
Previous sales experience is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
Salary & Benefits
₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
