Job Description:

Ivory Squid Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

-- Assist customers with queries and concerns

-- Provide accurate information and solutions

-- Maintain customer records and follow up when required

-- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements:

-- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

-- Good communication skills

-- Comfortable with rotational shifts

-- Willing to work 8 hours shift + 1 hour break

Salary: ₹10,500 – ₹11,500 per month

Education: 12th pass
