Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Resale who can handle customer queries, maintain strong client relationships, and generate resale or repeat business from existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate service information, following up with existing clients, and converting opportunities into repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing customers.

• Identify opportunities for resale, renewal, upgrades, and additional services.

• Promote relevant company services to existing customers based on their requirements.

• Generate repeat business and achieve assigned resale and revenue targets.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the concerned team for proposals and service requirements.

• Follow up on pending payments, renewals, and service continuation where required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, sales, and resale activities.

• Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and Operations teams to resolve customer requirements.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients to improve customer retention.

• Update customer information and follow-up status in the company's CRM or records.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to calls, follow-ups, conversions, and resale.

• Achieve individual and team targets as assigned by managemen
