iEnergizer is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a part of our BPO operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Address customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer the best solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum High School/Diploma (Graduation preferred).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns empathetically and professionally.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Languages: Proficiency in English (Additional languages will be an advantage).
