We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at at Hopup India. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.

• Explain games, attractions, packages, offers, and safety guidelines.

• Handle customer queries and basic complaints.

• Assist with bookings, game cards, payments, and customer requirements.

• Monitor assigned areas and ensure SOP and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for issues.

• Support upselling, events, and promotional activities.

• Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when required.

• Maintain grooming, discipline, and professional behaviour
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th & Above and candidate must be a fresher. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
