BinSha Furniture is a premium manufacturer and supplier of custom-made home, office, restaurant, and metal furniture. We are looking for a responsible and confident person who can handle customer communication, order coordination, and lead handling smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Order confirmation calling

• Order status updates via WhatsApp and phone calls

• Coordination with the production and dispatch team

• Delivery follow-up with customers

• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally

• Maintaining daily order tracking and updates

• Ensuring smooth order processing from booking to delivery

• Working on the provided customer leads, explaining products properly, and helping customers finalise their orders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)

• Knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Excel

• Confident in talking to customers

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• Experience in the furniture or retail industry preferred

• Immediate joiner preferred
