Customer Service Representative – Voice Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Handle tele-sales and voice-sales activities.

• Interact with customers and communicate product/service information effectively.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

• Maintain a customer-focused and professional approach during all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and courteous attitude.

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

• Ability to handle pressure and take on new challenges.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mangalore office.

Work Details

• Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Weekly Off: No fixed weekly off

• Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹18,000 per month

• Monthly Incentives: Available based on performance
