ob Summary:
The Customer Service Provider (CSP) is responsible for attending customers, handling billing, maintaining display counters, and ensuring excellent customer service at the cake shop. The role includes assisting customers in product selection, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling
Welcome and attend customers politely.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable cakes, pastries, snacks, and bakery items.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Billing & Cash Handling
Generate bills through POS system/software.
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods properly.
Maintain daily cash collection records.
Coordinate with accounts/store manager for cash submission.
