We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for Mahanagar Gas Customer Service Process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
✅ Resolve customer queries related to gas connections, billing, complaints & service requests
✅ Provide accurate information and support to customers
✅ Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
✅ Update customer details and records in the system
✅ Follow process guidelines and achieve service targets
Eligibility:
🔹 HSC/Graduate
🔹 Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/Customer Service preferred
🔹 Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred)
🔹 Basic computer knowledge required
