Job Title: Customer Sales Executive (Outbound Process)

Industry: Domestic BPO

Location: Thane

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven candidates for an Outbound Sales Process in a reputed Domestic BPO. The role involves making outbound calls, pitching products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain products/services and generate sales

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers

Ensure high customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: HSC Pass or Graduate

Experience: Fresher or minimum 6 months in BPO/Sales

Good communication skills (Basic to Average English)

Confident and target-oriented attitude

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 (In-hand)

Shift Details:

Shift: Day Shift
