Role Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable curtain solutions
Coordinate and communicate with interior designers & architects
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups & maintain strong relationships
Support sales team in closing showroom leads
Requirements:
Good communication & presentation skills
Confident personality with customer-friendly attitude
Ability to deal professionally with interior designers
Basic knowledge of home decor/interior industry (preferred)
Sales or showroom experience is a plus
